New van HOH

We proudly present our new van, purchased with the help of our generous sponsors. The van is being used for various purposes, but mostly to tranport our children to places they need to be. Unfortunately cars in Sri Lanka are very expensive due to high import taxes. Therefore we are most grateful to our sponsors for finally realizing this purchase.

First privately sponsored HOH child

The girl in the picture is 11 years old and is an outstanding student. A Dutch company now supports her financially so she can keep up the good work. Since January she attends an English boarding school in Kandy. During the weekend she stays with us in Home of Hope. She is the first child that is privately sponsored for a better future. Passed English tests

The children in this picture have just passed their English test! From Monday to Friday the children are divided over four different schools, depending on their need and background.
